Lots of amenities, close walk to town, you can get to the green belt within about 3/4 mile. Nice fenced yard for our pup.

Nice Studio Close to Everything

This is a really great spot to stay. I was attending a wedding in Central pPoint. Lots of wineries close by, hiking trails, and of course you can get into town pretty easily. Beautiful spots to enjoy the river are within minutes. There’s even a couple stores and restaurants that you can walk to. I would definitely stay here again.

Sweet little cottage

Very lovely and well thought out accommodation. Quiet and private. Lots of nice organic soaps and products provided along with coffee, tea, and some breakfast bars. Nice walkable neighborhood to cute little downtown area.

This was just what we needed as our halfway point of our trip. Area was quiet and close torestaurants. L9ved our stay here. It was a very hot day, but we were able to remain cool here.

Great get away

The house was a perfect place to stage out of for a week with friends, morel hunting and enjoying the Rouge valley. Having access to a full kitchen was a huge boon and made for some great evenings and dinners.

Nice place, hot tub limitations

This is a lovely unit -- VERY CLEAN. The kitchen is great, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is lovely. The location is great for seeing plays in Ashland. There is a little patio with jasmine growing over a small pavilion to provide shade. There is also a cute, but yappy little dog that does not warm up to guests. The hot tub is many steps away in the owner's backyard right up near their outdoor living space. Just going to look at it felt like a breach of their privacy. And then encountering the dog, I didn't want to go in and get barked at the whole time. Anyway, there are no instructions for using it other than "shower first." We booked this place largely because of the hot tub and never used it. While the place is really nice, and I would recommend it for Ashland access, I wouldn't go there expecting a hot tub experience.

Cozy stay with everything a person could want

The apartment it's very tasteful and supplies every need for people and dogs alike. I've never stayed anywhere that left doggy treats and toys and bowls. The assortment of books and travel brochures is great.

This is a very cute place to stay.

It was freezing cold the 1st night and having it prepared for us with heat in the space would have been great. We had to buy TP and paper towels. We stayed 3 nights. The cabin is so cute the bed was excellent to sleep on.

Lovely space with lots of little welcoming details. It was very clean and close to the places I needed to visit during my stay. I only used the space for one night, arriving early in the evening and leaving early in the morning. It was a comfortable alternative to a hotel.

Quiet, clean, cozy!

Rented this beatiful little place for a night of quiet and relaxation after spending 10 days camping with my folks and sister's family. It was much needed. The hot tub was amazing to unwind for the long travels and the beautiful walk around the property looking at all the plants and vegetables was breathtaking. Would highly recommend this place to others! Above and beyond host! 5 🌟!

Beautiful Southern Oregon

October Beauty in southern Oregon. Hot tub is more part of the main property. Limited privacy. 2 Dogs barked consistently upon arrival. Negated by connected property owners within 15 minutes. Unit property across the alley street was very junky looking. No coffee maker or TV. However made for a very serine and peaceful atmosphere (after dogs stopped barking)

Clean & pet friendly!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and cute. Lots of thoughtful touches. We were extremely grateful they allowed our fur babies. Fenced backyard was a plus!
