"I recently stayed at the Sinclair Hotel and unfortunately had a mixed experience.
The check-in staff were friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated and made for a positive first impression.
However, the room itself fell short in several areas. The bed was very worn down and far too soft, offering little to no support, which made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. The pillows were extremely flat and also provided no support, adding to the discomfort.
Additionally, the room was only stocked with two towels and two washcloths, which didn’t feel sufficient for a comfortable stay.
Overall, while the staff was kind and helpful, the lack of comfort in the room made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay. Management should sleep a night to get a real feel of the mattress."
