The rooms were clean but access to the upper level via the very badly designed stairs presented some problems when using a walking stick. The information given on-line for the after-hours check was next to useless. As was the information regarding access to the parking area.

As advertised, spacious and comfortable enough for 4 adults, washer, dryer and seperate toile downstairs, 2 bathrooms upstairs with another tv, carpeted upstairs, lgreat location with the markets walking distance, quiet, fyi there are stairs up to the 3 bedrooms for luggage up and down.

The front staff was friendly. The room was adequate. We read about this Ascot online and it was not as put forth, said one could walk to the cruise port, and there was breakfast. Neither are true, it was an outdated website. Traveller beware of wrong not up to date web pages.

The property itself was nice, but no staff. Even the resturant only had one dude doing everything. Went for dinner and was told there was. 90 minute wait before he could start our order and that there was no room service (despite being advertised) - surely the money saving on staff isn’t worth it….

House keeping was very slow on Friday and missed our room for service. The beds are only double size not ideal for 2 persons on it in a twin room 3 elevators and only 2 were working over the Magic Round on the Saturday. Overall it’s not a bad hotel and a 10min walk to the Queen Street mall.
