「Clean Comfortable & Convenient
We were in Surat on business and this was the most ideal location. Just 3 mins walk from train station. There is an excellent restaurant right next door as part of hotel and you can order food in the comfort of your room too. Staff is very helpful and polite. Our stay was most comfortable and we will certainly stay here again.」

The area is extremely busy, but it didn't stop us from thoroughly enjoying our time here. Our stay was 20 nights, so by the time we left it felt like home. 「It was in a convenient location but it was noise due to a function in the same building. I am not sure if the bedsheets were washed.
Their contact number from google was absolutely no help as all they are interested is making new booking and not for the current booking. I made multiple calls as I was running late for checking in but not a single operator assisted (either hung my call or left it on hold with no further response)

「Abbasbhai was very nice ,friendly and cordial. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The receptionist needs more training and more customer service with a smile. India is a great country to visit, unfortunately the work ethics hasn't changed since my last visit 20 years ago. Everyone likes to tell others how to do their jobs and the job never gets done, but only passed on to the next person in line.」
「It’s not about hotel it’s about Expedia I have book hotel and got confirmation from Expedia and been to hotel with my 3 bags to hotel and they said we haven’t got any email from Expedia sorry we don’t have any room and with that luggage I have to travel in city one place to other place my luggage won’t feet in auto and very dificult to find taxi for that it was very bad experience I will never use Expedia again and I have video once m finish my holiday will apload this video and tell people...
