「We hired this venue to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary with friends and family. The castle is amazing, plenty of space to spread out and great facilities. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the local caretaker couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. The food hamper was a lovely touch and we all had an amazing stay.」

「Brilliant place to stay as a family, very clean and lovely place to stay, location by a private farm in the sticks you’re surrounded by grass, views, water and horses it’s beautiful. Great size accommodation and with modern kitchen and bathroom making staying here great. Located close to mainly areas, Beamish, Newcastle, Durham etc. Can’t recommend this place enough a lovely cozy warm stay.」
