Breakfast was good. Close to several restaurants. Train station is within an easy walk. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly and also spoke English.

Beach view room was very beautiful. Room was surprisingly very large which was nice. Property is set in an excellent location that allows you to really explore the city. Staff was very helpful in getting luggage in and out of the building. We did not make use of the amenities but definitely would come back and stay here.

This small hotel was ideally located close to the train station, but without any noise. I had a bright, extremely clean room with a French balcony that opened to a charming interior courtyard with orange trees in bloom and shaded areas with tables where some guests took their breakfast. The young women in Reception ( Matilde & Emmy ) were always very helpful, friendly and kind. I was amazed at Mathilde’s efficiency and calm, facing a room of guests with individual requests for omelettes, etc. while still checking people out in the nearby reception area. Both of them deserve a bonus for what they do to the customer’s impression of a hotel!

I had a good-sized, comfortable, very traditionally styled room overlooking a quiet street. It needed a little repair and maintenanace in places, but nothing serious, and the in-room amenities were a bit sparse. The hotel is well placed for walking access to the central station, the seafront, the main shopping area, bars and restaurants, and the old town.
