「The house cleaning crew banged on our door about 30 min prior to check out. We were still sleeping at the time, so it was pretty irritating. Then we wanted yo call for late check out, however they do not have a phone in the room. Therefore, you have to call the number posted online (no direct number). Then again, housekeeping, banged on our door again before our late check out at noon. The housekeeping staff should know which rooms are vacant or not, instead of rudely banging on the door.」
