"We enjoyed our stay at this quiet spot. We kayaked the lake without disturbances and only saw a handful of other people on the water. But be prepared to get muddy on your way down into the water. We enjoyed the provided firewood and fire pit area and having somewhere clean and cozy to sleep. The provided coffee and snacks were awesome. Would definitely come back! Thank you!"

"The place was very clean and I appreciated the host. I was expecting a long clean up list only to find they didnt have one for when i was leaving so my morning was pretty relaxing. The place is very small and cute. Only this is the place is built for someone taller and there is a step stool but it took me a minute to find it since it was behind the bar stool."

"This location was great. The cabin had everything we needed. We encountered a few bugs, but thats to be expected when you're out in the woods. The creek was bone dry, but it was a very short walk to a public access area at the river. My kids loved it so much. They got to wake up and play outside right away every morning. We would stay again. The host was very responsive. "

"The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and calming. The kitchen was small, but as I was only staying there while bopping out to do things, it was not an issue. "My daughter and I were in town for her birthday and to visit UTC. We enjoyed the sights - Aquarium, Rock City, UTC, Naughty Cat Cafe. The room was quaint, clean, and cool. The front desk was super friendly and efficient. We ended napping in the afternoon, but did not actually stay the night due to my daughter feeling ill and wanting to go home. Recommend if you're on a budget."

As a bonus, the owners dog (Bear) was a very friendly addition with visits each AM & evening. A comfortable place to spend time with friends.
