Welcome to Sunset Acres! This freshly renovated Barndominium is the perfect spot for outdoor enthusiasts and equine lovers alike. Enjoy a large communal living area with plenty of seating for the entire family. Behind the garage door are large windows that will let in all the light and none of the outside elements.

This property has a fully fenced in pasture and stall so that you can bring your horses with you.

The main floor includes one bedroom with en suite bath, fully renovated living area, kitchen, and additional full bathroom.

Upstairs you will find a cozy loft room with 1 queen and 1 king bed. A balcony is accessed through this space. (ceilings slant in A-frame style but are full height in most of the room)

Surrounded by miles of hiking + horseback riding trails, you will never run out of awe inspiring adventures while you are visiting Tennessee's South Cumberland.

Important Note: Ladybugs are very common in our region. Certain times a year we do experience some ladybugs inside of homes. Please know that all lady bugs are removed by housekeepers during the cleaning process, but are likely to be back quite quickly in large quantities.

The house was great! We were on the go most of our trip so we didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities. To future renters, plan ahead! There are no real stores close by, just a gas station and DG Market.

Great place!

Great place! Clean and spacious. Large family area. Peaceful and quiet. Set back off of the road. Close to Greeter Falls and Stone Door. Convenient location with 1.5hr drive to Nashville and a little over an hour to Chattanooga. Would definitely stay here again.
