The place was well laid out, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen could be quickly improved with a few things like more glasses, adding wine glasses, oven mitts, and a few other common things. We were challenged with there being only one set of keys, and a major plumbing issue that had scalding hot water come out of both hot and cold sides of every tap at every sink, both showers, in the washing machine and even in both toilets.

Clean room. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of variety. Coffee creamer in room had gone bad. Everything else was lovely!

The room was excellent, staff were great, good location for venue attending

This is just a great building, global stays is a pleasure and is a very easy process. The security guards are awesome and very friendly and helpful. Doesn’t hurt having a view of the skydome or cn tower for your morning coffee
