「This is an inexpensive motel. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Linens and towels were clean. The location is convenient but pretty sketcy.」

「Oh boy...I greatly dislike writing negative reviews. While Chemainus is adorable, the location is fantastic and the exterior is a dream...this aint it. Mouldy drapes, a number of amenities were broken (electric fireplace, mouldy fridge), no wifi, questionably clean bedsheets. And (I have photos as proof) a white substance residue left on the counter next to the bed. I will say that the indoor jet tub was amazing! I swear I heard a cough below us at one point and noticed a little door that looked...

「I had a bit of an issue with the ac/heat unit. I called Alisha/Matt and they were able to assist me over the phone (a couple of times). I was grateful for their prompt response considering it was after hours. They were gracious and patient with me..」

「Located on the edge of the Lagoon, the B&B had great access to peaceful water sports like canoe, kayak and SUP - they even provide everything including life jackets. They also have bikes and helmets for rides through the neighborhood. Overall, a great location for water and walking!」
