This one bedroom apartment is great for up to 3 persons.
Situated on Gorica, near Rixos Libertas Hotel, Bellevue beach, it's great travel point if you deicide to visit Dubrovnik for relaxed holiday, beach vacation, party or any other reason

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 1o min away buy a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

We loved the proximity to Old Town, the communication with the owner, the cleanliness and comfort of the space. The only thing missing was a small coffee maker for brewing coffee. Thank you Nikolina!

Great views… you are looking at a 30-minute walk to Old Town, but it is a nice walk that we enjoyed taking. It’s pretty much a straight shot. Smaller place, but all you need if you’re looking to go out and about to enjoy the city and beach.

Everything you could possibly need is in the apartment. The view is amazing!! The bed was very comfortable. It is a bit of a walk to Old Town but there are also buses. Free parking on the street. Nikolina was an amazing host who checked in with us and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and things to do and see. We would definitely recommend a stay there!!

The best feature of this quaint apartment was the Window of the Paradise, with a spectacular view of the sea. It was a beautiful getaway retreat with a lovely kitchen, living room, and sitting room. I had a wonderful stay and I know I will be back. Thank you for your hospitality.

Nikolina, our host, was always really kind and thoughtful. She adapted the check in and check out times to our travel itineraries, for which we are very grateful. The apartment had everything to feel at home (kitchen and cleaning utensils, Wifi, Smart TV with access to Netflix, sheets, blankets, hot water, toiletries and personal cleaning products.) and was also very clean and always cool thanks to the air conditioning.

Absolutely gorgeous view for our coffee in the morning and happy hour at night. Extra special things included like a special gift, nice sayings on our pillow and the communication was great! Walking distance to Bellevue beach, the Old City and Rico’s Hotel. Loved our stay! Thank you!!!!

Lovely apartment overlooking the sea, clean and beautifully presented. NIKOLINAwas a most accommodating host that communicated very well and was helpful with tips on exploring and catching transport.The apartment is fully stocked with all that you would need with lovely little touches. 20 minutes walk to Old town and walls. Amazingly beautiful place, with all appliances and even more. Beautiful sea view, that took our heart 💗 Friendly host that is always approachable and helpful.
