Unbeatable location and lovely apartment in the heart of Old Town. Clean, comfortable, charming. The owner Tomas provides basic food items such as instant oatmeal, coffee, and croissantsโ€ฆ and even cookies and wine! MANY restaurants just outside your door. Major sites like the Pile Gate and City Walls are within easy walking distance. Absolutely recommend.

Definitely stay here!

This apartment is perfect for those looking for a beautiful base to explore Dubrovnik from. Right in the heart of the Old Town, the location is excellent, on the same street as many lovely restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you might need, it is tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed is comfortable, the shower great and the aircon was very much appreciated too! Tomas was a brilliant host, he arranged an airport transfer, then met us at Pile Gate to check us in. He stayed in touch for our entire stay and met us again at checking out time. If you are thinking of staying in Dubrovnik Old Town, look no further - this is a gem!

Perfect place to stay in Old Town Dubrovnik. Convenient to excursion meeting points and great restaurants. Less than 5 min walk to Pile Gate. Tomas is an attentive host. He checked in a few times to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. He also helped arrange our airport transfer. This is a wonderful property with a wonderful host - Tomas arranged everything, including transfers and meeting me at the Pile Gate to walk me to the apartment. Throughout my stay he offered trip advice, help and recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment itself is in a perfect location and has everything you could possibly need, as well as being spotlessly clean, double-glazed and air-conditioned. It was so comfortable I really didn't want to leave.

The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well decorated. The location was amazing, surrounded by all the historic sites and great restaurants. But the most important thing was how the owner of the apartment, Tomas, received us and helped us with all our needs. He arranged transportation for us, waited us at the location of the drop off, and make recommendation about where to eat and what to do. Staying there was the perfect ending of our trip and we highly recommend this apartment.

This property is a hidden gem - beautiful, modern, great location and the hotel owner Tomas is the most professional, responsive, and thoughtful hospitality provider you can find. I had a wonderful stay and I will be coming back and booking with Perla with my family. Tomas also provides airport transfers - his driver Ivan is also excellent! What blew me away are the little nice touches Perla has, the jar of biscuits, milk and juice in the fridge and even a small bottle of wine - all complimentary and put there for your enjoyment. So great, so sweet - one of the best hotel stays I ever had and I travel a lot!

Greatest Experience in Croatia

Tomas is a superhost! He took care of everything, from check in to check out. Starting with parking, he saved us from making an exorbinant parking mistake. He personally walked us to the apt, which was sumptiously decorated, with everything one will need when traveling. Also extremely clean and comfortable. The location is the best in the city, minutes from Pile Gate. He shared recommendations of the best places to eat. Tomas made sure we had a Five star experience!

Our friendly host waited for us at the entrance to the town and helped us with our luggage. He even brought our luggage up all the steps, which were quite a few. The apartment was beautiful, very modern and spacious. Two bedrooms and one shared bathroom were on one level, kitchen, dining and living area along with second bathroom was on second level and small open loft with one bed was on the third level. There was fruit, vine, beer, coffee and chocolate waiting for us. The apartment had all the needed amenities with plenty towels as well as beach towels. Our host was very responsive if we needed anything. Highly recommend this apartment and the host unless you have an issue with walking up the stairs. I would stay again.

It was the best stay I have ever had. The host was really friendly and genuinely treated us. The welcome food was really diverse and the towels were really plentiful. He even booked a restaurant for us and recommended some unknown places. The location was in the old town so it was the best to travel, and the host took us a long distance to the parking lot and kindly moved our luggage. If I go to Dubrovnik again, I will definitely stay here.

I've never left a review for anything ever, but Tomas was such a thoughtful and kind host I couldn't not leave a review. The apartment itself is even better in person than the photos; so clean and comfortable - and we're quite fussy girls! Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Dubrovnik.
