「We had a terrible Experience – Avoid This Property. Our reservation was canceled without any explanation, and the property never responded to our calls or messages. They kept our money and were completely unresponsive. When we went to the location to chat with someone, we couldn’t even find the property. The surrounding area felt unsafe a run down. 「Hotel uses historic building and very good atmosphere but I must say service level is not at professional level. I asked to bring towels to my room but it took two hours after I called twice. There is very limited items in the room and I had to ask for glasses to drink wine. There is swimming area just in front of the hotel but drains from somewhere (maybe from the hotel) make the whole area stink….」

「This hotel was 200/100. We had a special occasion in Montenegro and notified the hotel in advance - they made us feel so special. Excellent customer service, cleanliness, free drinks, room decor, free bus rides to tourist sites - everything was spectacular! What I loved most was the views - you get to see the sun rise against the sea. It was also very peaceful and not crowdy when we went. Will definitely return if we find ourselves here again and would recommend 100%. 」

「Room was elegantly designed with really useful spaces. We had 4 massive checked bags (35 KG each) and the closet area accommodated them nicely (not unpacked). The staff were each exceptional and seemed to actually care about what you may want, anticipate your needs and offer help before you ask. 「Forza Terra is a very nice property directly in the Bay of Kotor and a 25 minute walk from old town Kotor. Service was great and staff was always available. Our room had a very nice view of the bay, but it was little small so was a but cluttered with our 2 weeks of luggage. The spa was nice and the restaurant was good, but expensive - there are nearby options with very good value. The beach area had nice chaise lounges, ample towels and a protected swimming area. 」
