"Stayed here twice, our first and last night in Dublin. Daytime staff - front desk team of 2 women and 1 man were amazing. Helpful and courteous, kind and funny! 5 stars plus!!! Evening staff - front desk team of 1 woman and 1 man. Man was helpful, but unfortunately the woman seemed to be uninterested and annoyed with our 7:30pm check in. We were very happy to see the daytime team back again the next morning! "
