「Highfield House is a substantial disappointment. The room was small and not clean. The details listed on Expedia regarding there being an “in-room full-sized refrigerator/freezer” and “in-room microwave” is completely untrue. This is not a hotel quality establishment – it is a student hostel at best. Expedia notes that: “This property received multiple high ratings from couples”. I don’t see how this can be the case.
