The property guide talks a lot about security, but upon arrival at the building, the two people who handle check-ins were absent, but a complete list of names of people checking in that day on a table in a public area. Also, they did not check the ID of people checking in, even though emails stressed how seriously they take security. The communication sounds professional, but don't be fooled. 「Was only here for one night, and it was my first time at a hostel, so consider that. The room was quiet and the guests were respectful, but the shower and bathrooms were not well maintained and dirty. I found the staff was fine, but not helpful or pleasant. The surrounding area is convenient and well placed. Maybe it was fine as far as hostels go, but I won’t be staying here again.」
