"The resort is wonderful, the housekeeping staff is amazing. The lounge staff is fantastic. I loved the pools, the spa and the food. The happy hour is very nice and in general the hotel is really good. My only complain is that I had a suite for 10 nights which was quite expensive, however I couldn’t get complimentary late check out. Besides that, I highly recommend this hotel. Also, beware that the prices for services can be high, so ask before you get a haircut or massage or anything like that. "

Them asking me to cancel on the app and book again with them on site, then later realizing I was paying for the room twice for the same night was disappointing to say the least. As impressive as it was, I’d never stay there again because of that, I don’t like being scammed."
