The space

The open kitchen, fully equipped, beckons culinary enthusiasts to
create memorable moments. Discover convenience with a separate laundry
area. The master bedroom offers a sumptuous king bed, ample wardrobe
space, and a chic ensuite with a shower unit. The second bedroom
features another king bed, direct balcony access, and an elegantly
designed ensuite situated conveniently across the living room.
As a resident of Emaar Beachfront, you'll enjoy access to a suite of

distance! The building is just 5 minutes away from the Marina & JBR and
is 22 minutes away from Dubai International Airport.

Guest access

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to
themselves.

Other things to note

We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and
at an additional cost, if required.
Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and
basic shower amenities are provided.
The sofa bed linen is available upon request and must be pre-arranged
in advance. Additional charges will apply.
Please note that you will automatically be charged The Dubai Tourism
Tax when making a reservation.
Please note: Nearby construction in the neighboring tower may result in
minimal daytime noise; however, we strive to ensure a comfortable stay
for our guests.
We are very happy to accommodate a same day check in. Kindly note: If
the booking is made at 2pm or thereafter, please allow us, up to 60
minutes to prepare the space and coordinate your arrival. Can't wait to
