Managers and all staff in this property are very friendly and nice. My family and I received best service. The bell person, front desk and house keeping are amazing. Also, we used a tour service stationed in the hotel and we were glad we did. Muhammad was our tour guide and he gave us superior service with down to earth attitude. We left the property happy and energized with a lot of great memory touring many attractions with help of our guide Muhammad. We will definitely use them next time we visit Dubai.

Grand Ambassador is a Hidden Gem!

Thank you so much for our stay in Bur Dubai. I wanted to extend my stay and continue being there. The staff made the hotel stay a lot better, the rooms have been re-done and is comparable to a good Hilton Room. I'm terrible with names, but everyone at reception (3-4 guys and 2 girls) + bell boys and the gentleman by the lift were very accommodating and helpful. Love their hospitality and service.

駅から近く、モールも近くにあり、大変便利な立地です。夜中まで賑やかでしたが、遅くまで街歩きしても平気なくらい人が多い場所で、女性にはよかったです。

Hyvä sijainti lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Al Ghubaiban metro- ja bussiasemalta, joista pääse kätevästi liikkumaan eri puolille kaupunkia. Myöskin iso ruokakauppa löytyi samalta suunnalta lähistöltä. Huone oli todella tilava ja siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Mutta hotelli on melkoisen meluisa, sillä alakerran ravintolan musiikin jumputus kuului yläkerran huoneisiin aamuyön tunneilla saakka, joten korvatulpat ovat tarpeen herkimmille nukkujille. Aamiainen oli kyllä ns. buffet, mutta koostui pääosin aasialaisista aamiaisen antimista, joten valikoimassa olisi kyllä laajentamisen varaa. Kuten myös kahvissakin, jota oli saatavissa vain pikakahvina. Jos teetä saa aamiaisella haudutettuna, niin miksei sitten kahviakin?

It was a great stay overall, but I would like to highlight a few issues. While booking online, I had reserved the Family Quadruple Room, which I understood to include 2 bedrooms and 1 large hall. The photos online also showed 2 rooms and 1 hall, and even on their website, the Family Quadruple Room was described as being equivalent to the Premium Deluxe Room, with a description mentioning 2 bedrooms and 1 hall. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the Family Quadruple Room actually has only 1 bedroom and 1 large hall. Since we were 5 people (2 couples and 1 mother), I had to book an additional room, which was quite disappointing. Although the hotel and overall stay were fantastic, there was a clear miscommunication regarding the room details. Even the staff initially mentioned that my booking was for 2 bedrooms and 1 hall, but later, when the manager Abhay arrived, he clarified that it was only 1 bedroom and a hall. I had to pay extra on the spot, which was disappointing.

albergo non di 4 stelle. C era una discoteca all'interno della struttura che non permetteva di dormire. C'erano delle spa al secondo piano con accesso di persone esterne che andavo e venivano. La piscina era sporca e non aveva lettini a disposizione ma soltanto tavoli del ristorante annesso. Sedie e tavoli , vecchi e sporchi. La colazione era terribile. C era un foglio dove potevi ordinare pochissime cose. Potevi prendere soltanto un po di latte caldo e una brioches confezionata da supermercato. Ti obbligavano a mangiarle nella sala dove la notte facevano spettacoli di danza indiana. Sedie in velluto che non c entrano nulla con la sala colazione, Hotel lontano dagli standard occidentali di ospitalità e pulizia.Pessima esperienza.
