MAG 318 was awarded ‘Residential Project of the Year 2019’ for its outstanding design, innovation, and creativity.
The apartment is located on high floor with sound proof floor to ceiling windows offering ample sunlight during the day. Lavishly furnished with bespoke Italian furnishings, a comfortable king sized bed with hospitality quality linen awaits all guests.
The Kitchenette includes a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils to prepare a meal.
High intensity WIFI ensures that there is connectivity at all times. A work desk is also provided for business travelers.
Amenities including shampoo, lotion, conditioner, soap and shower gel are provided during the stay. A complimentary welcome hamper with water, coffee, tea and goodies are also provided to each guest.
Housekeeping, airport transfers, laundry, cleaning and other services can be provided during your stay at an extra cost.
Cleaning fee mentioned is check out cleaning.
Loss of keys and access card are chargeable at a cost of 300 Aed per item.
No smoking is permitted in the premises. No parties to be held in the apartment.
