気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備
The photos on the listing show it is nice and clean, while the reality is different. Corroches all over the place, water pressure was horrible and at some points, there was no water at all. They had to rest the water pump all the time to get water to wash ones face or have a shower. when having a shower, the water kept going hot and cold having a horrible shower experience. The lift broke down and I was stuck in the lift for 1 hour. 1.5 weeks later the lift was still not fixed. The mattress and pillow were horrible even after they chnaged them for me. I filed multiple complaints and asked for a refund but no communications at all.
