"Very accomodating and friendly. Only reason not a 5 star is the 3rd walk up the stairs with our suitcases. Otherwise, very nice. Breakfast was great!"

The front desk attendant presented us with a tablet where we had to enter ALL of our info AGAIN—address, name, email, credit card info , passport info, telephone , and much more. Everything we already supplied when we made the online booking. This took an unnecessary extra 10 minutes of our time when they could have just extracted this info from our reservation details.
