Very comfy room, but if you struggle with steps try to ask for the lowest room possible, as what happened when I finally got to the reception desk from the long staircase.
The lady on reception could see I struggled and offered me room 100, but there's still more stairs to tackle, no lift
Great location in the City centre, which is very handy.

The room was clean however the bed wasn’t comfortable had a bad back for two nights not good. I booked a premium room I have had better rooms when booking a standard double. Lift was broke I was on the 3 rd floor. Not happy this time.
