「When we checked in our AC was broken and making noises so loud we had to change rooms. When we did the new room we had was with a door that had to be shoved open and the shower didn’t work properly for temperature. Staff was nice but during breakfast weren’t sure about allergy options and didn’t have anyone who spoke English who was able to help which made it difficult to take advantage of that opportunity.」

「it is very close to SLC airport and convenient location. Quick pick-up at the airport is helpful after a long flight.」

「Property was undergoing construction. Fine. What’s not, is almost all amenities in the room we were in did not work. The bathroom door, the microwave, more than 1/2 the outlets, no WiFi connected to the tv, the latch lock busted off. In the halls and lobby There were broken outlet covers, holes in the walls. Just overall not a very pleasant stay. No discount or room change or room upgrade was offered. 」
