Out of town location. Property needs a makeover. Carpets overdue for clean or replacement. Room otherwise clean but not serviced daily. Reception staff polite and helpful but don't present a confidence in their product. Overall impression was shabby. Breakfast by 830am was limted to remains of much earlier cooked food. Had to bring attention to staff the mould on bread for toast.

"Queens is a lovely hotel, we used to stay at 131 but got fed up with the noise from below. Old school traditional hotel ideal location for town. As far as we are concerned it ticks all the boxes.
