I slept well, due to the soundproofing, even though the hotel backs on to the railway lines.

"We were running late and knew we were not going to make the 10 p.m. cutoff for check in. We attempted to contact the hotel starting at 8:30 p.m., took over an hour and had to go through hotels.com website to send a message.
