"Very disappointing stay. The service was poor, and the reception staff were especially unhelpful. During a time when many tourists were stranded and needed guidance or support, the staff showed little empathy and no willingness to assist. The room maintenance was also poor, with leaky sinks and toilet issues. Overall, the lack of support from reception and poor upkeep made the experience frustrating. The hotel seriously needs to improve staff responsiveness and basic maintenance standards."

All the staff at Jones the grocer were great as well, especially Alex. I would definitely recommend staying at Radisson Red Dubai Silicon Oasis "

They have no respect for cluent room they need tk review there staff at the recpetion. "Palace hotel is Even more beautiful in reality than in the photos. The room was spacious, extremely clean, and filled with natural light. High-quality bedding, very comfortable bed, elegant bathroom, and excellent evening turndown service that added a refined touch each night. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. Attention to detail is evident throughout the property, and overall comfort level is high. The hotel is located in a peaceful yet central area, with nearby cafés, supermarket, water taxi access, metro connection, and approximately 20 minutes to the airport. Beautiful sunset views. One minor note: the 20% guest discount at the lobby café was not applied due to a system issue and required clarification at reception. Improving coordination between departments would enhance convenience. Overall, highly recommended and definitely worth booking."
