"I had a hard time finding the entry since it’s mixed in inside a building. But once found, I had a nice room. The room key is required 3 times to get into the room so felt extremely safe. Unfortunately the staff doesn’t communicate through hotels.com so I got ripped off with a taxi upon my arrival. I was in room 105 and it was extremely noisy from the business below the hotel. They do have an airport shuttle that was nice!"

"the place was gorgeous and the staff was very good. the location was also exactly what we wanted... ideal for the key places in belgrade. we had one issue that was a major issue. before 0800 one morning a woman from the cleaning staff just walked into our room. like no knock and awkwardly didn't have a cart. just walked right on in. made me concerned for my security the entire time. I would have at least felt better if she had a cleaning cart or I had clothes on. so not cool. the front desk..."
