"Thank you very much for your hospitality during my recent stay. Overall, I was generally satisfied and truly appreciate your efforts. However, I would like to share a few points for improvement, in the hope that they may be helpful. First, the replenishment of amenities and towels was somewhat inconsistent. As a result, I had to leave messages to request items when needed. Second, at checkout, I had to call for a porter twice and waited more than 15 minutes in total, which was quite stressful, especially when preparing to depart. Additionally, I believe that an elevator should be installed in the annex building where I stayed. It appeared to be physically demanding for the porters to carry luggage, and it was also inconvenient for guests. Aside from these points, I was mostly satisfied with my stay. I sincerely hope these matters can be improved in the future, and I wish your hotel continued success. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback."

"Uberで15分圏内にショッピングモールが複数あり非常に便利です。 環境も良くホテルスタッフもとても良かったです。キッチンにランドリーがあったので、非常に便利でした。評価が少し下がったのは下水が非常に匂いました。スタッフが対策をしてくれましたが、滞在中ずっと匂いました。それだけが残念でした。"
