"We liked the fact that we had a nice view of the lake and the fact that even though it was hot the trees shaded quite a bit of sun so we could sit out at the picnic table and enjoy the outside.Having a washer and dryer was very handy.On the downside, it didn’t appear that the floors had been cleaned for a while because I found/saw hair and spiderwebs in varying areas, and also saw pieces of food under the edges of some of the furniture. The porch also seemed to need a cleaning. The deck was okay. My main issue with cleanliness was the kitchen. Having a kitchen was important to us so we didn’t have to go out to eat for all of our meals. I found numerous utensils, pans, and dishes with dried food on them which had not been cleaned. Also there were no washcloths in the bathroom, only hand towels and bath towels."
