"I’d call this a C-minus property. The check-in was smooth but that was the high point. Moderately clean but worn. The room was ok - two tables and some chairs. Bed was so-so, same with A/C. TV was functioning. Bath had hot water of adequate strength but tub drained very slowly. Oddest of all was no fridge or microwave. "

"So dirty we didn't even stay the whole night. Smelled terrible, unknown stains on bed, walls and toilet. "

"The room was very bare. Didn’t even have plastic/paper cups. It has a dishwasher but no dishes or utensils. One of the beds had food crumbs in the sheets and a wet spot at the foot of the bed. Luckily I only needed one bed. "

"No, worst stay ever no decent food around. No iron in room no cups for water no ice buckets for ice no soda machine, no nothing. And dont ever book me at this place again if you do I will never use you again. "

"Checking in was very difficult, there's no front desk. Never got check in instructions after booking, and had to call the 24/7 number multiple times, it kept going to voicemail. When i finally got through they couldn't find my booking, it took half an hour from the time i got to the hotel for them to find me and get me into the room. The room had cockroaches and after 2 nights I'm covered in bug bites. The second night there was water pouring from the ceiling in the bathroom, i called twice for maintenance and no one ever came. "

"Pool was okay, Mable to order food at first pool and the we were kicked out due to private event."

"This "resort" is an utter dump. It's cracked, peeling, fading, broken, battered and abused. It feel like they sucked 50 years of profits out of it and never put a dime back in. I spent 2 nights, the first room I was in was coated in 30 years of cigarette smoke, baked into every surface. I had to sleep with all the windows and patio door open to even be able to breath. Because of that I was woken at 6am to find that I was in an active construction zone, yelling, hammering, trucks moving and dumping, anything but relaxing. They should have shut down the entire wing I was in during it. I requested a different room for my second night and while it was slightly better, every other outlet was broken. I only randomly woke up on time because my phone didn't charge. The water took what seemed like hours to heat up. Bottom line, this is a Hitlon. My expectations for a stay here were vastly higher than what was delivered."

"the area around the property feels very unsafe. Heard gun shots through the night and there were a lot of homeless and transient people in the parking lot and surrounding area. Staff was kind and helpful as much as they could’ve but the hotel itself feels very run down and unclean."
