Very courteous front desk especially David and Rebecca, very friendly and helpful. Clean and spacious room, delicious breakfast and nice amenities. Wishing them happy new year and hope other hotels we will be checking-in be the same as this Eurostars Palazzo Zichy. Satisfied and happy with our 6 days stay. Amazing staffs ❣️

The room was nice, we had a balcony looking out to the city which was a nice bonus but did not get much use in winter. The hotel is well connected via metro to the city but is also walkable.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I loved the small intimate feel of the hotel itself. The outdoor spaces were nice and comfortable with different options to choose from. We had a great fresh breakfast every morning to start our day. We would definitely stay again.

Pros: The property is close to the centre of Màtrafüred, where the restaurants are, and it is also close to the hiking trails. It has a pool (though it is a bit dated) a kitchen and dining area for guests to use, as well as a sauna and a nice back garden in the woods. Staff were extremely helpful ...
