I’ve stayed at this hotel for six days. The hotel itself is ok, the staff is very friendly. There is a terrace on the first floor where you have a beer being technically in a village with fresh air. It is positioned as a hotel nearby Messe in its name but it is not so nearby so if you are coming by car then yes, but if not then be ready to walk to Messe even if you take a train you still need to get to the train station.

room was clean and very functional. area is somewhat bleak, but has decent amenities and great value (minh quan restaurant !!!)

Hotel is not air-conditioned. Unfortunately my stay coincided with a heat wave. I was able to move to a room on the cooler side of the building. Leaving the window open was precluded by street noise.

Near train station and many eateries. Could hear neighbor through the walls. They let animals stay in the rooms which is fine unless you don’t have one. Prefer to stay in rooms where the dogs aren’t allowed.
