「We booked a family trip to go to the Grand Canyon (west) but didn’t want to stay on the strip. We rented a car, the parking garage was excellent. It’s a newer hotel and very clean and in the perfect location. Near the highways, a 15 min walk to Fremont. Safe. Lots of construction in the area but we never noticed any issues. Breakfast gets busy so go early, not enough tables so you may have to eat in the lounge part. Check your bill when you leave, we got charged for $89 for exponentials even...

「Rooms weren't ready upon arrival, once we checked in they weren't the cleanliness I expect from Marriott. The staff never answered calls from our room phones, we had to physically walk down to the lobby any time we needed something. AC wasn't working, lights weren't working, hot water wasn't working, room was never cleaned even after physically walking down to the front desk and having it "noted on my reservation" I got home from a 19 hour day and had no clean towels. Kids on my floor were...

「Old but clean. Stuff are all kind & friendly」

「Located in a bad neighborhood, parking was extremely limited and there was little room on the street to safely park, the only staff on hand to help wasn’t helpful (couldn’t be bothered to wear a belt so his pants were falling off, showing his backside), the whole common area reeked of marijuana smoke despite being a “smoke-free property”, all door locks appeared to be cheaply made electronic locks and doors didn’t otherwise seem secure, and the room and bathroom was not professionally cleaned...

「Easy trip to the track」
