The bathroom gets flooded after taking a shower. Receptionist did not cooperate calling shuttle bus to the airport coz she has her own contact and she gets commission. Hotel should coordinste with shuttle pick up

This was the perfect location for easy access to boat trips out to swim with the whale sharks. This was our sole reason for going to Donsol, and we weren't disappointed. It was a magical experience!

The pool was dirty, the beach was covered in garbage. The room smelled bad and there were ants on the bed. We booked the room then decided to leave. Lost the cost of the room but didnt sleep with the ants. Went to the resort next door instead
