"I frequent this hotel often, was a bit disappointed this time, wifi was painfully slow, the chef at the breakfast counter was very busy using her smart phone and dint focus much on my instruction. "Hardware is good.Service is bad. We drove all the way from Shenzhen to the hotel and when we pulled the car to the front of the hotel, a staff came out. His first comment was: you cannot park the car here! No greeting or welcome as we would have expected. How were we supposed to unload luggage?!! ..."
