"Super convenient capsule for people who plan on maximizing time traveling and just need a place to rest your head at night. As others have said, staff cleans from 11-16 and you cannot be there during that time. I was in the common area with no problems but it was only 15-20 minutes past 11. Comfy bed, very quiet, and super clean. Breakfast consists of bread, cheese, ham, butter, and jelly. There is also coffee, milk, and orange juice available. There are no on site staff but the self check in is super easy. One downside is you do have to climb three flights of stairs so if you have large luggage it may be difficult but even with my medium size suitcase I was fine. Would stay again for an affordable spot in Seoul!"

"Our family traveled together, and overall the service was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly, accommodated our early check-in, and clearly explained the available amenities. The breakfast foods are made to order. Housekeeping kept the property clean every day and regularly replenished the amenities. In particular, the parking attendant was very polite, ensured our car was always ready, and thoughtfully moved the cones for our convenience."

"Very clean rooms. Staff were fantastic and accommodating. We had a late flight out, but they were cooperative to hold our luggages for us while we have our last tour surrounding area. Highly recommend if you want to be close by everything. "

"Great spacious, quiet room with lounge access which includes tea, coffee, snacks. The Grand restaurant was also excellent where I had 2 lunches & 1 breakfast. It is a convenient location to shopping & street food, which looked good but I did nit try since I don't like eating standing up. Will stay again for conenience. "
