Men min guide hjalp mig.

「The location listed is not the location it actually is. Our driver dropped us off to the wrong place because of that and we had to take a second ride there.

「Location is great and close to shopping area and Metro station.
Staff is friendly and willing to help. Room is in decent size and clean.
The only complain is the AC in the room doesn't keep stable temperature over night and the hot water for the shower is somewhat hard to adjust the right temperature. This maybe just my issue but worth noting.」

「During my stay, I took a short trip back to Hong Kong expecting to return and pick up my luggage that I had left in my room. Unfortunately I was unable to return. I contacted the staff and the management went in, packed up my luggage, including my laptop and had it ready for the courier to pick up and deliver to me in Hong Kong.
Without their help, I do not know what I would have done. Communication was exemplary. They had everything packed up and then sent me photos of my luggage to confirm. I...
