「Really enjoyed our stay – it was very comfortable and felt almost like home. The owners were welcoming, helpful, and thoughtful, even preparing a breakfast for our early departure. 「It was the best. WE had one issue with hot water, and they immediately moved us to another room. The room was clean and the improvements being done to the property look like it's going to be even better. The staff worked long hours without complaint and were so positive. The property felt secure to the outside world. 」

「This was our first time to Costa Rica. The Hona Beach Hotel was ideal for us. Great location, AC, cleaning service as needed, and breakfast each morning. the property manager, Yeison, was top notch. Friendly, relaxed and upbeat, and always professional. Always attended to our needs and followed through on everything. We highly recommend the hotel.」

「Staff were always there for help, if needed. Very friendly. Bathroom sink fixture was in desperate need of fixing. Room needs a safe and mini fridge, but otherwise very good. Breakfast was very good, and staff always had a pot of coffee ready for guests. Pool was perfect on a hot Costa Rica day. Would go back! Pura Vida!」

「This hotel has a great beach location, with walking distance to most necessities. The breakfast had good options and always fresh. I cannot thank the concierge, Jason enough. He helped us out in so many ways. Including recovering lost baggage to booking excursions and transportation whenever we needed it. 」

「The location was excellent and the room was very adequate. Exactly as described. We had a wonderful full breakfast provided to us each morning with coffee and juice, fresh fruit, and a full hot menu. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back the beach here was very nice for walking and watching the sunset but if you want a beautiful swimming beach, not far away is Playa Linda .」
