"This is really one of the worst places i have ever been. Poorly managed, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible communication. I find it shocking that a property like this can exist and be offered on Expedia. Strongly recommend delisting from the platform and for people looking at it to avoid at any cost. "

"Great location to discover the landescape around St. Gervais. The flat was clean and big enough for a family with 6 persons. It was very easy to communicate with the friendly host."

"Fabulous place. A little haven with absolutely stunning views. Clean, well equipped and tidy. Comfortable beds. Hot tub was just bliss after skiing all day. "It is about 5-7 min drive to next pist.The apartment was not clean. For two adults( and one small child), the area should be ok. But too small for more than two adults and one small child. Bedroom and kitchen/table are at the same place. The table is a folded table mounted on the wall. Alike the bed."

"Great studio, cosy and practical. Had a lovely holiday."

"We had a fantastic new-years-week with our friends in this big and cozy chalet (6 adults, 5 kids, one dog). We enjoyed the fact that we had three bathrooms and three toilets, cozy sitting chairs and sofas for everyone, a good organised kitchen... The small kids loved it to discover every corner and secret of the house. The adults fought poker battles and absolutely enjoyed the incredible view out of the living room. Our friendly (and patient *lol*) host responded super quickly to every question,...

"We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund."

"Amazing stag at Les Monts d'Arbois. Service was great especially the shuttles to go the nearby ski lift or city center. The swimming pool is beautiful and great after a ski session. The hotel is very kid friendly and they loved the kids club room. The room (suite Edmond) is large and nicely decorates with a modern twist on the chalet style."
