"The service was horrible from the second we stepped foot on their property until a week after we checked out. We are normally budget vacationers, so we don't need much, but we decided to splurge for the suite with Ocean view, it ended up being very outdated but that was fine with us. As we pulled into the property, we were stopped at the guard's shack. The gentleman asked for our name, looked it up and told us to park off to the left and go in a particular door. After waiting at the desk, they tell us we're at the other hotel in the parking lot next door, great start! We take all our luggage in 90-degree heat across the parking lot and wait in another line. We head to our room and we're now a quarter mile away from where we were told to park. My wife and I go to take showers and the drain immediately clogs and you have to continue turning the water off every 60 seconds. So, I pickup the phone to call the front desk, it doesn't work. The next morning, I go back to the office we got our key from and they're closed. I have to continue walking further over to the first office which is over 500ft walk each way and tell them about the drain. 24 hours goes by and nothing is done about the drain. I make another long walk back to the desk to tell them for a 2nd time. The same gentleman at the desk didn't seem concerned at all, didn't apologize and just said, we'll send them out. Limited space here, rest on their Google review. Complete failures"

"The blinds on the sliding glass door was missing about 10 slats making. Also the curtains only covered about half the doors. This door is adjacent to St. Pete Beach Public parking. Little privacy. The toilet clogged the first day and the second bathroom toilet didnt flush regularly as it wouldn't fill with water. The concrete of the balcony is cracked badly along the railing. The base of the kitchen faucet was not secure. It moved when the faucet was moved side to side. One toilet was fixed when I was there. It is decorated nicely inside and well stocked. No hair dryer but they didn't advertise that there was one. Other issues but basically it comes down to poor maintenance."
