"Despite promising to be accommodating to my diet, they failed repeatedly to properly mark the food in the buffet, so I constantly had to ask staff which foods were safe for me to eat. The rooms were also not cleaned unless you left at 8am on the dot. "

"Their membership process was overwhelming, very pushy. They were short staffed, line ups to get drinks (no one around to serve you) and line ups to get inside for a table at the buffet. Even served ourselves wine as there were only 2 staff members serving a very large area. Staff was always very pleasant. Hotel also needs updating, looked very old or tired in many areas. "

"Wonderful modern boutique hotel at a very reasonable price. In the centre of it all, but very quiet, walking distance to all restos & entertainment. Excellent staff, polite & helpful. Room was amazing, quite spacious, excellent kitchenette, very nice bathroom, bed was cloud-like comfortable. Rooftop deck & pool was super, great views. Plenty of street parking. "
