Location of our apartment was a little odd- you have to go through a gift shop to get to the entrance of the apartment. We knew there would be noise from the street but we were given earplugs which helped. We weren't aware that there was a breakfast/coffee area as we were in a different building from the main reception.

The staff was amazing. Helped when. group of spiders decided to come in.
The A/C didn't work and it was 100F and it couldn't keep the room below 83, which is ROUGH on the body when trying to sleep and rest and recover.
