「Overall the hotel is great, with the exception that in our ground floor room we heard every footstep of the folks above and every time they flushed a toilet or turned on a faucet the noise was so loud that I thought we were going to get soaked.」

「The check-in experience is not great because it's self-service, but we don't know in advance which cabin we have, so we have to look for staff. Should be improved. The room was clean, but I cannot say the same for the shared kitchen, which was really messy.」

「Generally a nice setting. Be aware there is not an actual check-in, it is virtual only. The particular unit we were in was not well-kept (chipped paint, missing wall hangings, closet door, etc.). The bike storage was full and it was unclear if we had access to parking. The unit was not very clean. The remote control was dirty, finger prints on the cabinets, dirty windows, floors dirty around the edges. There was only one towel, face cloth, and hand towel for a unit with a capacity of four.
