「Reserved room wasn't on the first floor as requested, all amenities such as pool and hot tub were unavailable, towels in suite were WET, the room wasn't prepared for our reservation and arrival at all. Very Very unimpressed and will not recommend this establishment.」

「The room was exceptional - clean, comfy beds, nice decor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hot tub was wonderful after a long drive, just wish it had been open a little later. The breakfast was pretty good. Had all the staples as well as a pancake machine, which made perfect and fresh pancakes every time!」

「room dirty and tv did not work, breakfast was not given when I went to the Ramada as the front desk person had directed and no place to leave key so I left in the room . No one up at 6 am and doors locked 」

「 My only complaint was that the hot tub was not hot. Hardly warm. I had booked it specifically so I could relax in the hot tub after a long day driving. Other than that it was great. There is lots of parking, staff is friendly and the rooms clean and comfortable, and the breakfast very good, with a great view if you get a window seat. 」

「I will happily be choosing this property over any other chain in Golden, its location along the river is perfect. I was hopeful it would be cute but was very surprised by how nice it actually was, there were many features i haven’t had in hotels before, it was both cozy and extremely clean. Will be returning 100% 」
