「The building was nice and cold! Very charming antiquated hotel with close proximity to everything in Carrabelle. Highly recommend if you want to be close by and can walk to everything!」

「Our first room had a broken shower head. Our "upgraded" replacement room had a very nasty (yellow slimy inside the bowl) toilet that was obviously not cleaned. There was a dirty wet hand towell that looked as if it had mopped the floor folded up on the rack with the clean ones. The bathroom floor looked as if it has never seen a mop. The bedding appeared clean and beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The cleaning staff needs some retraining.」

「This was perfect for our 2 night stay. It was clean (including the Keurig) and there were plenty of linens and dishes. The heater worked great, though it’s a different kind of unit with a remote and a quick Google search told us how to set it. No big deal. Check-in/out was easy and straightforward & the keypad was simple and worked without issue. There was plenty of parking room. The location was great, close to restaurants and the forest. Considering the price, location, cleanliness, and ease...
