Reception gentleman was wonderful; he printed out my departure transportation, complicated as the train tracks were being worked on. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly, anxious to make my stay satisfying.

Very clean room and lovely bathroom. Could not figure out how to get the thermostat to work so we were VERY toasty all night long. Good breakfast too.
