"Stayed in Baby Bear (there’s also a papa bear and mama bear cabin on property. Very sweet cabin for 2 people . Owners were lovely and responsive. Cabin is cute and, although basic, is perfect for two people. Nice hot tub. Great location."

"Its a nice property but its definitely not for as many people as advertised. It has only 2 full baths. Also, that pets would need pre approval was not written in the description and was told about the day we were checking in. Luckily our dog is small and was approved. But one should note that the dog is only allowed to stay in the small laundry room at the entrance and outside patio which can get really cold. "We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We attended an event at the nearby Nevada County Fairgrounds and stayed for one night. The staff were pleasant. The room was large, with a full kitchen, very nice bathroom, and comfortable bed. Super clean and homey. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great. Located right in the heart of town and just two miles from the fairgrounds. "

"I loved our stay in our cottage. The grounds were beautifully maintained, cute and so comfortable. Our room was so nicely set up everything you could need. The whole place was beautifully decorated. You can tell the person that owns the place really loves what they're doing. We received great information on what to do in town. We loved downtown grass Valley, the shopping the food, especially the ice cream. I'm already planning a trip to go back for a girls weekend. This is the type of place if you wanted to run away and hide out for a couple days just to relax and find peace. You would come here."
