"The property is nice. The room was big, views incredible, lovely amenities, great location. However it’s the staff that makes it. Every single person is so outgoing, so helpful, so pleasant, really makes the stay special. My son who was with me really liked the doormen. They’d always talk to us about our day out when we got back to the hotel, and my son looked forward to telling them all about what we did. It’s unusual to find a team so consistently good."

"Need a code not keys to enter the building and your room. The problem with that is the room doors automatically lock so you need to manually unlock it which that, combined with the automatic closing of the door turns into a VERY loud experience everytime you or a neighbor does that. So all you hear (and very much feel) are these loud BANGS every time someone enters or exits their room. I barely slept because of this."

"Lower review is due to Expedia booking experience, as on their site they are not clear about accessibility. No reception on ground floor, rooms available only on upper floors, and without an elevator it is very difficult to use the facilities. Expedia only advises to contact the hotel for accessibilities questions, but only after reservation is made. Lack of transparency by Expedia about the actual condition of this hotel. Regarding the hotel itself, the only complain (other than no elevators) is that hallways were freshly painted, and the smell of the paint inside the room was quite strong, making it unpleasant especially overnight."
